I have been in practice over 20 years and see adults and couples. I have had varied experiences such as working in a domestic violence shelter, a psychiatric unit, hospice, and community behavioral health settings as well as private practice. My late hours are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I don't work on Wednesdays and only rarely on Fridays. I am a Veteran and served in the Navy. I come from a Christian perspective and attend church regularly.
I specialize in couples counseling, focusing on improving their emotional connection. I also specialize in co dependent relationships and life transitions such as loss of job, loss of physical capabilities, divorce, marriage, etc. I work with people who have had difficult childhoods. I work with people who have depression, bipolar, anxiety and stress.
I love helping others and locating resources for them as needed.
