The process of seeking and making the decision to come to therapy can be a challenging one. The state of the world today presents unique challenges for each of us. My hope is to ease some of these concerns around starting our work together to build a strong therapeutic relationship that will aid you in progressing towards your goals. The secure and supportive therapeutic space, which we will create together, will allow you to explore past and present issues where you feel stuck.
I have worked in complex mental health in the community for over 20 years with children, families, and hospital settings. I love working with teens to elderly, different backgrounds, ethnicities, and orientations. One size doesn’t fit all, and I am eclectic working with multiple modalities in the way that works best for you.
I named my practice Heart of Compassion Therapy because my heart is full of compassion and I would like to offer my compassion to those who need it. I offer an empathetic and non judgmental safe space to work on growth. Life is a journey, and we are all in different places in our journey. I am here to meet you where you're at and guide your growth.
