Throughout my career I’ve worked with individuals across various populations providing mental health counseling, career counseling, mentor-ship, and life coaching services. I have worked in a variety of settings to include residential group homes, outpatient mental health, inpatient mental health, and community based counseling. I specialize in working with clients coping with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, trauma, and individuals of the LGBT community who are seeking a safe space. I also have experience working with Veterans and Active Duty Serviceman.
My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral, Reality Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. The therapy goals that you set will serve as a road map of our time together and I will assist you with identifying active steps that you can take to actualize you goals.
