I am firm believer in the philosophy that the only constant in life is change. I work together with my patient to allow them to recognize that accepting change is an important quality for a successful and happy life. I value specifically tailoring a treatment plan to the individual to ensure we have a compassionate and understanding relationship on the road towards personal betterment/growth. I treat a broad range of issues with my experience working as a dialysis social worker, member of child study team, providing treatment in mental health hospitals, & in rehabilitation units for brain trauma. My approach utilizes cognitive behavioral techniques, Psychodynamic Therapy, mindfulness, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, & interactive solution-focused & client-centered therapies.
I am well versed in helping people with Autoimmune Diseases. I take pride in establishing excellent rapport with my clients as I hold trust and communication to be of greatest importance in creating relationships. I offer a comfortable and safe environment for all clients to work through any and all issues.
