I am genuine, straightforward and compassionate in my approach to treating children, adolescents, adults and families.
I have been in practice for 25+ years specializing in dealing with the anxiety that often comes with life's transitions such as school issues, college, family, and loss. Areas of focus are often OCD, depression, panic disorders, ADD/ADHD, and social skills groups for children. These transitions can be stressful and you don't have to go through them alone.
I am also a certified Executive Function Skills Coach helping high school and College students overcome academic challenges such as test anxiety, disorganization, and procrastination. I teach time management, prioritization, and study skills to help students develop effective learning strategies. My goal is to empower students to maximize their potential.
