I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) supervised by Ana Barnson, LPC-S. My goal in therapy is to create a compassionate, safe, and supportive space where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered in their healing journey. My work is grounded in approaches such as polyvagal and attachment theory, and I am also EMDR-trained.
