About
Trauma through abuse, loss, and combat can have profound effects on the human psyche and spirit. There is no reason to carry the solid block of ice that a traumatic memory can become if we allow it. I have been in practice for 25 years with solid experience in working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, work, marital and relationship conflict. I specialize in issues of trauma, abuse, and grief and loss. There is always a healthier way to cope with daily life problems; the answer is always within.
If you are ready for exploration of self, there is no limit to your potential. Together through cognitive and psychodynamic approaches we will find ways to healing. If you are reading this, you are already contemplating change. Allow fear to be the catalyst for change.
