I firmly believe we all need a support network, I would love to be a part of your therapeutic team! Together we will explore your goals, emotional patterns, experiences, & relationships. My approach to therapy is authentic and relaxed. I work with all ages (9 years - Adults) & with individuals, families, & couples. My experience as a therapist includes trauma, anxiety, major/minor life transitions, relationship issues, & more. Some of the evidence-based therapeutic techniques I incorporate into supporting clients in therapy are: DBT & CBT.

I earned my B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of South Carolina and my M.A. in Counseling from Wake Forest University. Prior to private practice, I served as a school counselor for seven years.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy relaxing with my pugs, exercising, listening to music (80's alternative, 60's rock, Classical, Jazz, and much more), traveling, baking, reading, and tie dyeing. I look forward to connecting with you!
