I am a certified EMDR therapist working with clients who have experienced all forms of trauma."
I have my Advanced Certification in Mindfulness Based Therapy and utilize many of the techniques of mindfulness to manage symptoms of anxiety. I have 10 years of experience working with children and adolescents both as a mental health counselor and as a Special Education teacher. I work with pre-teens, teens and adults.
It has been a difficult two years for many people. We have had to make many lifestyle changes due to living through a Pandemic. We have gone from being in offices and schools to doing our work and education remotely, to returning to offices and school. I am here to help you reclaim your wellness.
