I am a licensed clinical social worker with 11+ years of experience in various healthcare settings. I have worked with folks with many different chronic and terminal illnesses while managing how those diseases impact their mental health and vice versa. I specialize in working with women with gynecological issues such as PCOS, endometriosis, and other chronic illnesses that impact hormones.
My hope is to work with clients who have been struggling with behavioral changes needed to improve their physical health. Together, we can work to address the things that are getting in the way of you feeling your best physically and mentally.
First, we will start with a free consult call to ensure we are a good fit and that individual therapy is right for you right now. Next, you will schedule your intake. This first session will be a little bit more formal/structured with lots of questions that you may have answered before, but it will help to give a baseline of where things are at.
