I do this using evidenced-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, IFS Parts Work, and Mindfulness.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, self esteem issues, relationship problems, and grief including "ambiguous loss." Ambiguous loss grief is the type of grief that is ambiguous and unresolvable, for ex., when dealing with a loved one's serious mental illness.
