I work from a Psychodynamic approach synthesized with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR while incorporating humor, play, and somatic modalities to help individuals address the various challenges that life and relationships often bring. My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients to help them find healthier ways of being.
As your therapist, I will collaborate with you at your own pace. Together we will discover the thoughts and emotions driving you and learn new ways of coping. We will explore what is underneath those unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behavior and begin the healing process.

Women's Sexual Trauma Process Group
A trauma-informed process group for women who have been subject to sexual violence at any stage of life. *A Safe and Supportive Environment. *Develop Resiliency. *Move Beyond Surviving to Thriving. Participants are asked to commit to the group for a minimum of ten (10) weeks in order to establish a safe and secure culture of support within the group.

LGBT Trauma and Sobriety
This is an LGBTQIA+ Group. Recovery is the process of coming home. Coming home to sanity. Coming home to a new way of life. Coming home to yourself. Many Recovery Groups are not structured for those in the LGBTQIA+ community, nor do they take into consideration the Trauma individuals have often faced. Part process and part psychoeducation. The Group meets Wednesday evenings at 7 PM online for 90 minutes. The group is facilitated by Sandi Bohle, MFA, MA, AMFT#112620.
