Hi there, I'm Sandra! Life can be challenging: anxiety, depression, grief, change, ADHD, and autism. It helps when someone can validate our experience and walk with us through the tough times. As a therapist, my job is to help you overcome the obstacles in your life that are preventing you from living a life that brings you joy. My approach to therapy is person-centered. My role is to facilitate the changes you want to make. As a therapist, I am a neutral party. I am here to support you in your journey.
Together, we will identify goals that you would like to achieve and create a treatment plan. From there, we may process how you are thinking and feeling and identify activities that may move you toward your goal. Your feedback about what works, what doesn't work, and why will be explored to find the most effective method for you.
