In therapy, I provide tools and skills to help clients cope with difficult feelings and distressing thoughts and collaborate with clients to set goals to improve their quality of life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and I specialize in Latino Mental Health. I have worked with adolescents, and adults and have supported and guided them through their struggles, which have included school, relationships, and life changes. I create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space to ensure my clients feel accepted and understood.
