I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, life transitions, ADHD, autism, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll better understand what’s contributing to your distress, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change.

I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Art Therapy to tailor treatment to your individual goals and needs.
