I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who believes that all individuals with proper care and treatment have the ability to overcome struggles and obstacles which hinders their emotional, physical, and spiritual growth. Through the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and mindfulness couples, adolescents, and individuals can alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress.
I focus on the power of the mind, body and spirit. All three areas are equally important for overall and lasting healing. I inspire and encourage individuals to live meaningful lives through self acceptance. My treatment approach focuses on utilizing evidenced-based strategies.
