If you find yourself feeling stuck in your personal life or relationships or yearn to discover your true, authentic self, you've come to the right place. I believe in creating a comfortable, safe space for adult clients and couples to process their emotions. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate through romantic relationships and issues such as chronic disease, PCOS, body image, and fertility struggles. I also have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression and multicultural issues, as I myself am an immigrant from Croatia who has experienced the hurdles of cultural and social adaptations.
I take a multicultural, trauma-informed, holistic approach and blend evidence-based practices, psychodynamic theory, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and more to help you connect your mind, body, and spirit and build healthy coping skills that you can take with you beyond therapy. I am fluent in English, Croatian, Bosnian, and Serbian.
Whether you have been to therapy before or are continuing therapy, welcome! I'm glad you're here. Therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach and I will work with you to find what approach helps your unique journey. I look forward to working with you!
