My treatment approach is authentic, strengths based, creative, and grounded in human rights and social justice. I use a variety of therapy methods and tailor my approach to your individual needs. I often use art in therapy for both adults and children combined with traditional talk therapies--Including ACT, mindfulness, DBT and CBT.
I have 15+ years experience in helping children, adolescents, adults and families. I have experience with acute mental health crisis, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, adoption, ADHD, substance misuse, and a variety of other life situations.
