I endeavor to help others find their best quality of life. Working through trauma and grief is hard to do by yourself. I want to be the supportive guide that helps you find your way through to the other side. At Expressive Therapies LLC, I work with individuals ranging from ages 4 through 72, men, women, and LGBTQ+. I work with people individually and in a group setting. Art therapy is my primary method and passion, and I also have certifications in DBT and EMDR. Combining these methods can be helpful in achieving the best outcome. I am excited to help you through your therapeutic journey.
I work with you through the method that works best for you and will help you progress, this may be Art therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Traditional Talk Therapy. Any combination of these that feels the most comfortable and helpful for you is what I strive to provide.
