About
My approach as a psychologist and psychoanalyst involves our working together to understand who you are & what brought you to your current circumstances. Together we can then make connections and work through issues in a way that can facilitate your growth and understanding of yourself. Issues common in my practice include facing self defeating patterns, examining roadblocks in your professional life, long term self-esteem struggles, complicated relationship issues, mood struggles, eating and weight issues, trauma and loss. My approach is collaborative with a focus on relationships and key life experiences, both present and past.
My goal is always to build a connection together so as to make it safe for us to work as a team to understand and explore solutions that are genuinely helpful. My practice includes work with individuals who are in crisis and those not necessarily in crisis, but who are curious and find themselves repeating long standing patterns but not knowing why.
I am happy to speak by phone to answer any of your questions.
