I provide support and help for adults and senior individuals as they transition through the many challenges and stages of life. I use Counseling, Coaching and Consulting to help guide you in the journey to meeting goals. My many years of experience and specialty training in Mental Health, Geriatric Care, Alzheimer's Disease/ Dementia along with Teaching and Case Management have prepared me for results-oriented outcomes in short periods of time. And, most of all; sometimes it is just good to have a "safe place" for sharing thoughts, feelings and grief. Your energy is precious, don't waste it. Give me a call.
I help by providing a place to turn for help that is timely and flexible in duration and centered on the specific needs of the Client in the present and in the future. I go from big picture to the small and adjust to how things are going and what is agreed upon as effective and important. I offer evening and weekend hours, video and some on-site sessions.
I am a Nurse, Counselor and Coach. I combine all of those elements to help my clients work toward an optimal Quality of Life for themselves and others.
