I am compassionate and connect easily with you: from the comfort of your home, or in person. I help diverse clients transform challenges, into manageable goals and successful outcomes. I treat individuals with Trauma, ADHD and associated challenges (anxiety, depression) using mindfulness, movement, cognitive therapy, and dialectic behavior therapy because I believe healing involves both the mind and the body. I offer workshops to parents, professionals, teachers, doctors, on Parenting skills, ADHD, and trauma-informed care. I also offer supervision, and consultations. I have a diverse, multicultural background, and am creative and relational when I work with you. I am well trained: an LPC, BECK certified-CBT therapist, DBT trained therapist, and a Registered Dance Movement Therapist. I also hold an ISSTD Advanced Certificate in Complex Trauma and Dissociation.
