Our team of clinicians specialize in the treatment of addictions, relationship problems, mood disorders, traumas and helping young adults find direction in life. We believe change is accomplished by gaining insight into the underlying causes of problems, becoming aware of and connected to feelings and learning new coping skills for the ups and downs of life.

That is why our counseling approach is grounded in creating an authentic, supportive, and empathetic relationship with clients.
