A small group environment fosters learning, improves self-awareness, and helps to guide you through your journey of recovery. You will learn about and address the underlying causes of your addiction. You will gain an understanding on the impact that substances has on your mind, body, emotions, and behaviors. You will identify triggers, coping skills, relapse prevention plans and become accountable for your life and recovery.
