There is Hope with Healing Are you exhausted from carrying pain, anxiety, or broken relationships? You don’t have to face it alone. As a Christian counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependent Counselor- intern, I help clients with addictions and trauma. I help individuals confront the wounds of the past, overcome negative patterns, and rebuild a healthier, grounded life. I work with anxiety, low self-worth, relationship struggles, and substance and alcohol use disorders. Together, we’ll face the hard things with faith, honesty, and practical tools so you can experience real healing, freedom, and lasting change.

I help people navigate Co-occurring issues, anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. As a therapist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Cognitive Therapy, I use a range of proven techniques to support lasting change. In our sessions, we’ll identify tools and strategies that fit your unique story and needs.
