Our sessions focus on identifying effective strategies for managing stress in work, home, family, and social environments. Together, we work to develop positive attitudes and behavioral patterns that support clear, respectful, and constructive communication.
Clients use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and relaxation techniques to regain a sense of control, confidence, and clarity, helping them restore calmness and emotional strength. These tools support clients in expressing anger and other difficult emotions in ways that are assertive, respectful, and aligned with their values.
Experiences of anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, or sadness in response to life challenges are common. In therapy, individuals explore coping skills that help them shift how they interact with family, friends, and coworkers, fostering healthier communication and greater understanding.
We also examine how clients communicate through body language, tone of voice, posture, and listening skills. The overarching goal in all relationships is to cultivate respect, understanding, and acceptance.
I specialize in transitioning adolescent youth to adulthood (Traditional Adolescent Youth).

Groups
EAP Programs Compsych, Cambridge. EAP Programs
I work with various EAP Programs in crises situations, or problems dealing with issues associated with employment or brief family conflicts and that cause individuals problems interrupting their ability to function appropriately at home or at work. Family conflicts can cause anxiety and limit individual ability to perform their particular job. In some cases employees have experienced acute Post Traumatic Stress due to situations that have happened that were out of their control. Brief counseling can assist individuals in resolving conflicts and discover alternative behavior patterns that make life easier!
