I have over 16 years of experience working for trauma-informed treatment/enrichment programs. In my practice, I focus on supporting people through fragmented attachment and trauma wounding to face and heal from adversity. We’ll shift cycles of perfection, suppression, and survival-based rigidity in favor of more grounded states where we are present, we follow our intuition, and listen to our inner healing wisdom. We’ll locate pain/impasses together and offer firm, kind, permission- based techniques to grieve, to be heard, so you can feel yourself clearly, and receive, connect, and move fluidly in your life and relationships.
I work in relationship to nature, mind-body connection, Gestalt therapy, parts work, Breathwork, Brainspotting, and Compassionate Inquiry to boost vitality. We can pair these with healthy, creative strategies for functional practice.
