I have extensive experience working with individuals, adolescents, young adults, families, and couples. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address depression and anxiety, as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma-based issues. I also incorporate Bible-based principles and Existential and Gottman for couple's therapy.
