As a seasoned psychotherapist, my mission has always been to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgment. Life presents each of us with unique challenges – whether it’s navigating loss, addictions, relationships, anxiety, trauma, or simply feeling stuck or disconnected. I believe in the strength and resilience that lives within each person, even when it feels out of reach. You don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we can work to restore hope, deepen self understanding, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, empowered, and authentic.
My deepest calling is helping people heal from trauma and rediscover their sense of safety, meaning, and self. Trauma can shape the way we see ourselves in the world, often leaving behind unspoken stories and unresolved emotions. My approach is both structured and compassionate, using evidence based techniques that allow for cognitive clarity and change.
My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your story, uncover new perspectives, and build the tools you need to cope, grow and thrive. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers – it’s about finding your way forward with compassion, insight and intention. Above all, I offer a space where healing is not only possible but empowered.

Very often in our lives it can feel as if the life we live is a story that has been written for us, one that is predetermined, one where we have limited input or control to script a different plot. Come join other aspiring women as they journey into the empowering stance of authoring their own life! The group runs for 4 consecutive Monday’s beginning November 3 through November 24 from 6:30-8:30pm.
