I work with both children and adults of all ages. I have special interest/training in perinatal mood disorders (such as post-partum depression), issues relating to LGBTQ identification, parenting, and employment-related concerns, as well as children with depression/anxiety, behavioral issues or attention-related concerns.
I have 16 years of prior experience in parenting education, and am a Level 4 state-credentialed educator (CTPEC-L4). I am also endorsed by the CT Association for Infant Mental Health, which recognizes specialized training in working with new mothers and fathers.
I schedule appointments Monday - Friday after 3 PM and Saturday mornings, to help accommodate the needs of busy parents and school-age children. I've been there too, and I know how difficult it can be to find a provider who can see you without your needing to take time off from work.
