My name is Sandra E. Hurtado, LMFT. You are the expert on yourself, I am here to guide you. You have the answers within, together you will solve your issues. The past does not define who you are, or define your future. Clients who are depressed, have anxiety, and have experienced trauma need a therapist who is empathetic, and caring. They need effective coping skills, and a listening ear to validate, and reflect back their issues. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, using DBT, and CBT to guide and practice coping skills.
