Since graduating from Webster University with a Master's in Professional Mental Health Counseling, I have become very passionate about my career and helping others.

My approach to the therapeutic process consists of Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am passionate about providing therapy to adults.
