Hello! My name is Sandi Hines, LCSW and I am a Licensed Social Worker based in Franklin, Tennessee working with clients across Tennessee via telehealth. I work with adult individuals specializing in anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and grief, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. My approach to therapy is to focus on every client as a unique individual. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT and Solution Focused Therapy with focus on learning skills and coping strategies that lead to increased self-esteem.
My client focus is working with adult individuals seeking ways to alleviate anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship issues, and challenges of life, by helping navigate these issues while building skills that create a healthier, happier you!
It is an honor and a privilege to be a therapist. I feel I was born to be a therapist. Even as a child, I was drawn to helping people through difficult times, listening to their stories and supporting their thoughts and feelings.
