My specialties include working with adults with relationship, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ issues, PTSD/Trauma healing, and substance abuse. I use EMDR and Somatic Experiencing which provide healing on a deeper level. I am trained in a new therapy called Revisioning which helps heal issues from the inside out.
