About
TELETHERAPY AVAILABLE. My ideal client is one who is navigating and learning to cope with difficult emotions, losses and relational changes. I will help you build resilience and grow from your grief and pain. I will use an eclectic, supportive and compassionate therapeutic approach to facilitate your gaining insight into destructive or limiting patterns of thoughts and behaviors. Our work will allow you to emerge from what binds you and lead you to establish peace, happiness and satisfaction in your life. My approach will combine a range of therapeutic techniques, but most importantly will be individualized to suit your needs.
I have over 20 years of experience in psychodynamic, trauma informed and interpersonal therapy. I have an extensive background treating anxiety, depressive, substance use and eating disorders. I am skilled in working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and childhood trauma.
