My goal is to help my clients learn about themselves and their loved ones. We are all in relationships , so how do we get what we need from these relationships while giving others what they need as well? My goal is to help with this complex balancing act. Life transitions make balance difficult. So whether you are dealing with a new marriage/baby, an empty nest, marriage difficulties, job loss, grief or any number of these transitions, it is my goal to help my clients through these transitions with empathy, caring and common sense strategies from many theoretical perspectives.
I am interested in helping people find true meaning in life while dealing with inevitable obstacles along the way. Each of us experience the world uniquely and as a result each of us are motivated towards change differently. I can help you explore your unique approach to change.
I am the mother of five grown children, three of my own and two step-children. I came to this profession later in life and bring many years of experience to my practice. I can offer more than theory and technique to my clients, I have first hand experience.
