My name is Sandra, and I am passionate about walking alongside those who have experienced trauma, abuse, and emotional pain. I believe in the healing power of words and in helping others rediscover their beauty, worth, and strength. "Be patient with yourself, forgive yourself, and love yourself." I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anger, trauma, neglect, low self-esteem, and the effects of abuse. My approach is empathy and the belief that you can rewrite your story by reclaiming your voice and reframing your truth.
With experience in anger management, abuse, trauma, neglect, and poor self-image, I would love to help you redefine how you think about yourself and change the way you feel about yourself.
