I offer therapy in Delaware and bring 15+ years as a social worker and mother to this work. I help people facing anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, and big life changes find their footing again. I specialize in women's issues. This can include infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy or postpartum changes, caregiving, menopause or parenting a child with special needs, or supporting a parent with medical challenges- or perhaps both. I have many years of experience working with Veterans, supporting families with parenting challenges, and in trauma.
I know that it can be hard to reach out, starting therapy can feel daunting! I’m deeply passionate about this work and about creating a space that feels warm, steady, and real- and most importantly safe. You deserve support that is thoughtful and respectful.
