My goal as a therapist is for you to feel supported and inspired. Our work together is directed towards balancing and healing your health and life issues. When you come in to see me, we start where your concerns are. You may come to recognize your pain as an opportunity to expand your insight and empowerment. As you increase your self-awareness, you become more whole. Frequently, your concerns are designed to focus your energy upon imbalances that need attention, so you can discover your innate strength and wisdom.
I utilize traditional methods of psychotherapy: cognitive behavioral therapy and positive insight oriented therapies. I also employ effective integrative treatments such as EMDR, Reiki, meditation and guided imagery. We may seek healing from anxiety and trauma in the energetic transpersonal realm as we realize we are spiritual beings exploring life lessons.
