I am accepting new clients for Feb 2025 in person or Zoom. I have been working in the recovery field as a Sub Abuse Counselor since 1994. I am a compassionate therapist, but with a bit of no nonsense thrown in. I want my clients to feel safe and know they can move forward with this challenge because staying stuck is not the answer. Recovery can be difficult and the path can seem daunting, but making changes is essential to living a better life. In addition to substance abuse I have assisted individuals recover from gambling addictions as well.
Alcohol and Drug problems affect not only the client, but the clients family and friends, family sessions are available if requested. I've worked with dual diagnosis clients and understand the mental health and addiction dynamics. Each client brings their own situation to the session and here there is no cookie cutter counseling.
I provide Substance Abuse Counseling ages 16+ , relapse prevention and SA assessments.
