We’ll focus not only on easing symptoms, but on understanding emotional patterns and attachment dynamics so you can respond in healthier, more supportive ways.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to understand patterns, triggers, and nervous system responses that impact emotions and relationships. Together, we explore the underlying issues, build awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve been feeling stuck or overwhelmed for a long time. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Therapy can be a place to feel safe, understood, and supported as you create meaningful change. I am supervised by Odette Tomlinson, LPC-S.
