Many of my clients struggle with low self-esteem, boundary setting, finding purpose and a pattern of pushing themselves to burnout. In our sessions, I utilize a blend of therapeutic techniques including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems, or parts work), and Vipassana meditation to foster deep, inner healing. Initially, we will concentrate on building coping resources and healthy strategies to manage your current stressors. As you gain stability, we will delve into exploring underlying wounds and identifying pathways to long-term healing.
Now offering virtual EMDR Intensives in NC and NV. I currently offer compassionate and effective therapy for clients in Nevada and North Carolina. My approach is eclectic and open, tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I am dedicated to helping you uncover your true purpose, enhance your relationships, and improve your overall well-being.
