As an LPC for over 34 years, I facilitate therapy with expertise and compassion within a trauma-informed framework. My priorities are to help you feel comfortable and emotionally safe. The death of a loved one – either expected or unexpected can feel overwhelming. Learn to process your loss/ rebuild your life. Treating your anxiety and depression will decrease their dominance in your life and improve your functioning. If your tendency is towards perfectionism and criticizing yourself harshly, please reach out! Perceived defects in your physical appearance or other personal traits lead to substantial distress but can be treated.
Play therapy is offered in-person and virtually for ages 5-9. Therapy is individualized to the child's developmental level/ interests. Parents and/or guardians being involved is an essential component to the success of this treatment.
Other specialties: Couple's Therapy; Male/Female Codependency; and Addiction Recovery, EXCEPT gambling and sex addiction.
Couples' Therapy is offered to all populations, including: LGBTQ+. Learn to resolve conflicts and stop the "blame game". Addressing the root cause produces long-term results. Healthy communication in romantic relationships increases both emotional and physical intimacy.

This ONLINE Women' Wellness Group is an emotionally safe, nurturing place to learn and grow. The group is affordable - covered by most insurance or sliding scale. The overall goal is empowerment and to remove barriers blocking you from success in relationships and work.
