Many of my clients share a need to explore familial relationships to understand their behavioral patterns and how to make those patterns healthier. Others struggle with anxiety or depression and wish to learn coping skills to better handle the challenges of daily life. Additionally, I have worked with Princeton undergraduate and graduate students for many years and understand well the many and varied challenges which students may face.
My approach ranges from DBT and mindfulness work for anxiety and depression to the traditional psychodynamic and interpersonal therapy. Among the various issues I treat are anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, behavioral patterns, and academic stress.
I look forward to hearing from you and finding out how we can work together to build a strong therapeutic alliance. I believe deeply in the importance of rapport between client and therapist.
