I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families who are motivated to find new ways of coping and relating.
I specialize in working with couples using Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy to identify troublesome relational patterns in a non-blaming way. This approach has been extensively researched and has been found to be the most successful therapeutic approach to building loving relationships.
I also work with adults and families facing trauma, grief & loss.
