As a licensed Psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience I have worked in a variety of settings with a wide array of clientele. I now specialize in body-based healing resulting from the stressors of every day life and past traumas. I am trained in a range of trauma modalities including mindfulness practices and values-based goal setting.
I do individual work only. I offer a framework for clients to discover greater trauma awareness as it pertains to self and all kinds of interpersonal relationships. My work also offers tools and techniques for overall stress management and an increased sense of well-being.
Through grounding strategies, walking therapy and goal setting, I teach skills to help regulate the nervous system and adopt a lifestyle that promotes long-term wellness. The format is a combination of processing and movement or traditional talk therapy in the office, outdoors or virtually.
