I applaud you for thinking about taking the first steps to come to counseling. It takes great courage to make that first phone call. Dealing with issues such as anger and depression takes determination and a desire to live a better life. I love counseling and working with clients. It's an amazing journey to help a client navigate issues and discover healthy living. I utilize EMDR Therapy which helps to heal traumatic experiences that are stuck in the brain. Working with couples is challenging and fulfilling. I am trained in Emotional Intimacy which teaches couples how to connect on a deeper level; addressing areas of communication, conflict resolution, empathy, needs, and forgiveness. I work with couples who are broken from an affair and desire healing. It's a process, but it's worth it!
