I am extensively trained in couples’ therapy and provide couples workshops which provide 6 months of therapy in just two days! I provide experiential group therapy to help you on your growth journey. In addition to various models of couples’ therapy, I am trained in somatic experiencing, brainspotting, psychodrama, EMDR and experiential therapy.
I approach therapy with compassion, creativity and curiosity. I am honest and straight forward because I believe real change requires both safety and challenge.
