I am passionate about helping people through life's challenging times. You may be going through stress related to work or relationships. I worked in many settings, including private practice, community health, and the justice system. I work with all types of clients, from severe illness to grief. I bring a compassionate and empathic approach to my clients while teaching them concrete skills and understanding of how to overcome mental health symptoms.
