I use an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy.
CBT offers practical tools to address thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while psychodynamic therapy explores deeper patterns shaped by past experiences. By integrating both, I support meaningful, long-term growth, helping patients build insight, emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience beyond immediate challenges.
